The Evangelism/Social Ministry Committee will be preparing Thanksgiving food baskets to give to families who have been identified as being in need.

Collection of non-perishable food items and monetary donations will take place in mid October thru mid November

For your food contributions, please put them in the shopping cart by the Open Pantry cabinet.

Monetary contributions may be sent to the church office, placed in the offering plate in an envelope marked “Thanksgiving Food Baskets,” or placed in the basket on the Open Pantry cabinet. Checks can be made out to St. Paul Lutheran Church with “Thanksgiving Food Baskets” in the memo section.

We are seeking a variety of canned and boxed goods including but not limited to pasta, pasta sauce, peanut butter, cereal, cookies, juice, bread mixes, canned fruit. With the cash we receive, we will purchase fresh items including a turkey for each basket

Our collection will conclude on Sunday, November 12th, so that we can shop during the week and have the baskets ready by Sunday, November 19th for distribution in time for Thanksgiving.
